Update: Once again having a first edition copy, I double-checked the page numbers for it. I altered a few of them; now each page number indicates when the corresponding character died. Previously the page numbers were inconsistent… some indicated when a character received fatal wounds while others indicated when a character died.
Battle Royale is an excellent movie. I are the loves it. Though I refuse to accept a sequel exists. However, as is often the case with movies based off novels, the novel is better.
An acquaintance of mine and fellow Battle Royale fan once devoted time to create a handy “death log” for the novel. I’m presently reading the new second edition of the novel. I lost my first edition which is now out of print. Not wanting to pay extra for a first edition (not yet, anyways) and desiring the revisions in the second edition and author’s afterword, I bought it as an early Christmas present for myself. But I digress.
The page numbers of the mentioned death log pertain to the first edition, so I added the page numbers from the second edition. Text and semicolon-delimited CSV formats are available. The only changes I made to the original are: corrected a few characters’ names, added page numbers for second edition, and altered page number for first editions.
